PPR Live Vaccine Description
This Peste Des Petits Ruminants (PPR) Live Vaccine, Strain Clone9 is a high-potency live vaccine designed for effective prevention of PPR in sheep.
The vaccine is formulated as a milky white or pale yellow, spongy, loose mass that dissolves quickly upon reconstitution.
It provides long-lasting immunity (36 months) after a single dose, reducing vaccination frequency and labor, while protecting flocks against outbreaks of PPR, a highly contagious viral disease in small ruminants.
Vaccination Program
- Suitable for all healthy sheep
- Can be used in routine flock vaccination programs
- Recommended for farms with history of PPR outbreaks or high-risk areas
Dosage & Administration
- Route: Subcutaneous injection in the neck
- Dosage: 1 mL per sheep
- Preparation: Dilute with sterile saline solution according to label instructions to achieve 1 dose per milliliter
- Handling: Use gentle restraint, especially for pregnant ewes to avoid stress or abortion

Safety & Precautions
