Pseudorabies Vaccine Description
This live attenuated pseudorabies vaccine is developed using the internationally recognized Bartha-K61 strain, widely used in global PRV control and eradication programs.
Pseudorabies (Aujeszky’s disease) is a highly contagious viral disease affecting pigs, causing severe economic losses due to:
- High mortality in piglets
- Reproductive failure in sows
- Respiratory disorders in growing pigs
This vaccine provides rapid onset immunity within 6 days and long-lasting protection for up to 12 months, making it suitable for both routine immunization and emergency vaccination in high-risk or endemic regions.
Its strong immunogenicity and safety profile make it an ideal choice for:
- Commercial pig farms
- Breeding operations
- Integrated swine production systems
By incorporating this vaccine into a comprehensive herd health program, producers can effectively reduce PRV infection risks and improve overall productivity.
