Gumboro Vaccine Description

This live trivalent vaccine is formulated with three infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) strains (B87, CA, and CF), providing broad-spectrum protection against both classical and variant strains of Gumboro disease.

Infectious bursal disease is a highly contagious viral infection that damages the bursa of Fabricius, leading to severe immunosuppression, increased susceptibility to secondary infections, and reduced vaccine response to other diseases.

The inclusion of multiple strains enhances cross-protection against diverse field variants, which is critical in regions with complex epidemiological patterns. Compared with single-strain vaccines, this multivalent formulation provides more reliable protection under varying maternal antibody levels and field challenges.

用法・用量

Dilute with sterile saline according to labeled dose

投与方法:

• Eye / Nasal Drops:
  • 1 drop (~0.03 mL) per chick
• 飲水ワクチネーション:
  • Water volume based on age:
    • 7–10 days: 5–10 mL per chick
    • 10–21 days: 10–20 mL per chick
  • Ensure complete consumption within 2 hours

安全性と注意事項

• Use only in healthy chickens
• 希釈後：
  • 冷暗所に保存してください
  • 2時間以内に使用してください
• 飲水投与によるワクチン接種の場合：
  • 清潔で塩素を含まない水を使用する
  • 金属製の容器は避ける
  • ワクチン接種の少なくとも4時間前から給水を停止する
• 給水器は日陰に置く
• 汚染および病原体の拡散を防ぐ
• ワクチン資材は安全に廃棄する
