Product Description
This recombinant vaccine utilizes fowlpox virus as a vector to express the gB gene of infectious laryngotracheitis virus (ILTV), providing simultaneous protection against both infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT) and fowlpox.
ILT is a highly contagious respiratory disease in chickens, leading to severe economic losses due to mortality and decreased productivity. Fowlpox, on the other hand, is a viral disease characterized by cutaneous lesions and reduced performance, particularly in backyard and free-range systems.
By combining these two disease targets into a single recombinant vaccine, this product offers an efficient and cost-effective immunization strategy. The fowlpox vector ensures high safety, as it does not revert to virulence, while effectively delivering ILT antigen to stimulate protective immunity.
Immunity develops following vaccination and provides protection for up to 5 months, making it suitable for broilers, layers, and breeder flocks, particularly in regions where both ILT and fowlpox are prevalent.
