NDV + IBV Live Combo Vaccine Description
This Combined Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bronchitis Live Vaccine is a bivalent live poultry vaccine designed to prevent two of the most common respiratory diseases affecting commercial chickens.
The vaccine integrates:
- Newcastle disease virus (NDV, La Sota strain, CVCC AV1615)
- Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV, H120 strain, CVCC AV1514)

Dosage & Administration
- Route:
- Nasal drops
- Drinking water
- Dosage:
- Nasal drops: 1 drop/dose (~0.03 mL per bird)
- Drinking water: Double the nasal dose
- 5–10 day-old chickens: ~5–10 mL water per bird
- 20–30 day-old chickens: ~10–20 mL water per bird
- Adult chickens: ~20–30 mL water per bird
- Reconstitution: Dilute with normal saline, injection water, or cooled boiled water according to label instructions.
Composition
Each dose contains:
- NDV (La Sota, CVCC AV1615): ≥ 10⁶.0 EID50
- IBV (H120, CVCC AV1514): ≥ 10³.5 EID50

Safety & Precautions
- After dilution, store in cool, dark environment and use within 4 hours
- Avoid metal containers for drinking water vaccination
- Withhold water for 2–4 hours before administration
- Dispose of used vaccine vials, equipment, and remaining vaccine harmlessly
- Only use on healthy chickens
