Pentavalent Inactivated Poultry Vaccine Description
This vaccine combines five immunogens:
- Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) Strain rGM-Ⅶ – ≥10⁸.2 EID50/0.5 mL
- H9 Avian Influenza Virus Strain WD – ≥10⁸.2 EID50/0.5 mL
- Fowl Adenovirus FAdv-4 – ≥10⁷.2 TCID50/0.5 mL
- Fowl Adenovirus FAdv-8b – ≥10⁷.2 TCID50/0.5 mL
- Fowl Adenovirus FAdv-11 – ≥10⁷.2 TCID50/0.5 mL
Features:
- Milky white uniform emulsion
- Provides comprehensive protection in a single dose
- Immunity develops 14–21 days post-vaccination
- Duration of immunity: 3 months
Immunization Program
Route of Administration: Subcutaneous injection (neck) or intramuscular injection

Administration Notes:
- Shake well and restore vaccine to room temperature before use
- Disinfect injection site and use aseptic equipment

Precautions
- Use in healthy chickens only
- Do not freeze
- Do not use if demulsification occurs
- Shake well and allow vaccine to reach room temperature before use
- Use entire vial on the same day after opening
- Disinfect needles, syringes, and instruments before use
- Safely dispose of used vaccine bottles, instruments, and remaining vaccine
